Privacy policy

This explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what we will never do with it. It is
short because we collect very little.
The short version. We ask for very little: enough to look up publicly available information about your business, and to contact you. We do not sell your information,
rent it, trade it, or pass it to anyone who wants to sell you something. This site sets
no cookies and does not follow you to other sites.
1Who we are
PredictiveRoadmap.com is a trading name of MindProfit LLC, 19744 Beach Blvd, Unit #661, Huntington Beach, CA 92648. We are the
business responsible for the information described here.
2What we collect

Your email address, and nothing else. We send you the sample and one follow-up.
That is all. You are not added to a list, and one word from you stops it

3Why we collect it
- To research your business using publicly available sources — your
search listing, your website, public reviews, and what your competitors are showing. This is
the same information any customer of yours can see.
- To produce your revenue review and cost the findings against your own figures.
- To contact you about the revenue review you bought.
- To keep our own records of who asked for what and when, including which version of our terms applied when you paid.
4What we never do
We do not sell your information. We do not rent or trade it. We do not pass it to
data brokers, marketers, or anybody else who wants to sell you something.
We do not add you to a marketing list because you bought a revenue review. If you ask us not to
contact you again, that is the end of it — permanently, and without you having to ask
twice.
5Text messages
We use text messages for one thing: running the revenue review you bought. The link to your questions, the finished report, and the time of your call can arrive by text, because that is what actually reaches somebody who is in a truck.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your mobile number, or your consent to be texted,
with anybody — ever, and least of all with anyone who wants to market to you.
Your number stays between you, us, and the network that carries the message.

6Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and carries no advertising pixel. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits
and see how quickly pages load. It does not use cookies, does not follow you to other sites, and does not
tell us who you are. Because we do not track you across sites, a browser “Do Not Track” setting changes nothing here.
7Who else handles it
We use a small number of service providers to run the business. They process information on our
instructions only, and none of them are permitted to use it for their own purposes:

We may also disclose information if we are legally required to.
8How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not become customers are kept for up to two years so we do not contact
someone who has already asked us not to, then deleted. Customer records, including revenue reviews
and the figures behind them, are kept for seven years, which is the period our tax and accounting
obligations require. You can ask us to delete your information sooner — see below.
9Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you,
correct it, or delete it. Just ask — there is no form and
no charge.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the rights to know
what is collected and why, to have it deleted, to have it corrected, and to opt out of its sale or
sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined, and we
never have, so there is nothing for you to opt out of — but the right to know, to
correct and to delete are all live, and we will not treat you differently for using them.

business days.
10Security
Information you send through this site travels encrypted. Access to our records is limited to
the people who need it to do the work. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim
otherwise — but we hold very little about you, which is the best protection there is.
11Children
This is a service sold to businesses. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly
collect information from anyone under 18.
12Changes
If we change this policy we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Material
changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
