Privacy policy

This explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what we will never do with it. It is
short because we collect very little.
The short version. We ask for five things so we can look up publicly available
information about your business and send you the result. We do not sell your information,
rent it, trade it, or pass it to anyone who wants to sell you something. This site sets
no cookies and runs no trackers.
1Who we are
PredictiveRoadmap.com is a trading name of MindProfit LLC, Huntington Beach, California. We are the
business responsible for the information described here.
2What we collect

3Why we collect it
- To research your business using publicly available sources — your
search listing, your website, public reviews, and what your competitors are showing. This is
the same information any customer of yours can see.
- To produce your audit and cost the findings against your own figures.
- To contact you about the audit you bought.
- To keep our own records of who asked for what and when, including a record
that you accepted the terms before paying.
4What we never do
We do not sell your information. We do not rent or trade it. We do not pass it to
lead brokers, marketers, or anybody else who wants to sell you something.
We do not add you to a marketing list because you bought an audit. If you ask us not to
contact you again, that is the end of it — permanently, and without you having to ask
twice.
5Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, no
session tracking, and no third-party script of any kind. Nothing on this page loads from anywhere
else, which is also why it opens quickly on a phone with poor signal.
6Who else handles it
We use a small number of service providers to run the business. They process information on our
instructions only, and none of them are permitted to use it for their own purposes:

We may also disclose information if we are legally required to.
7How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not become customers are kept for up to two years so we do not contact
someone who has already asked us not to, then deleted. Customer records, including audits
and the figures behind them, are kept for seven years, which is the period our tax and accounting
obligations require. You can ask us to delete your information sooner — see below.
8Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you,
correct it, or delete it. Just ask — there is no form and
no charge.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the rights to know
what is collected and why, to have it deleted, to have it corrected, and to opt out of its sale or
sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined, and we
never have, so there is nothing for you to opt out of — but the right to know, to
correct and to delete are all live, and we will not treat you differently for using them.

9Security
Information you send through this site travels encrypted. Access to our records is limited to
the people who need it to do the work. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim
otherwise — but we hold very little about you, which is the best protection there is.
10Children
This is a service sold to businesses. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly
collect information from anyone under 18.
11Changes
If we change this policy we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Material
changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
